Overnight express

<p>I went on Wednesday 10 August to Postnet in Glen Marais at 08:00. I ask the lady that I need to deliver same day the document that is urgent to Postnet Middelburg. She told me same day delivery will cost me something over the R1000 but they do have overnight express for R245 then the package will be deliver before 11:00. I told then i rather take the overnight express. </p> <p>So on Thursday 11 August by 11:00 the package was still not deliver and i went on to the website to see where it is and i saw delivery rescheduled PE. Phoned the lady and she told me that it went to the wrong place and they enroute the package and that it will be deliver by 17:00 today. A bit later another lady phoned and said that i will be delivered the next day before 12:00.</p> <p>So Friday 12 August Postnet Glen Marais lady phoned and said that the package will be delivered today by 15:00 in Middelburg. By 15:00 when i checked the website again the package was still not delivered and Saturday 13 August also no changes. I don't know why i paid that money and still my urgent package have still not be delivered. Now i would like to know when one pay for OVERNIGHT EXPRESS does that mean it will be deliver in a week??? This is not how why we pay for a service to be done and still it is not done.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
