Overnight does not mean overnight with Postnet

I had a parcel sent on Wednesday from Richards bay overnight to Bronkhorstspruit as I urgently needed the parcel. I paid R360.00 to have it in Bronkhorstspruit today and have been tracking the parcel since this morning. I phoned Postnet Bronkhorstspruit this morning and was told by a lady that I must phone back after 14:00 to see if the parcel had arrived. After 13:00 I phoned again to find out if they had received their parcels and was informed that it wont arrive today as they only receive parcels on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday seeing that Bronkhorstspruit was a outlying area. I paid for a service which I will have and I better have my parcel today Postnet or I will be refunded the money I was charged for a service which wasn't provided. If I am to go and fetch it myself, Postnet will be invoiced accordingly. I am waiting for Letitia from Aramex with news on where my parcel is

Hello calbro1,

Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused as a result of the longer than expected lead time.

We noticed that you collected the shipment from our Aramex offices.

Kind regards.
