Overnight delivery still not delivered - 6 days later!!

<p>Last week Tuesday I went to my local PostNet branch to get very important *original* documents sent from my home, to Benoni. I paid for overnight delivery, and was told they would be there by 11am on Wednesday. It is now Monday morning, and my documents are still listed as "out for delivery" and have been since last week Wednesday! I have phoned 3 times, I have emailed, I have completed an online complaint form, I have asked for help on Twitter - and not a single positive response. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking service - I need assistance ASAP! As I said these are original documents that I cannot replace. Should the documents not be delieverd today I want them returned to me along with a refund.</p> <p> </p>
