Overcharging

<p>I wanted to post a parcel from Cape Town to Durban North with the measurments 80cm L X 27cm W X 14cm H weight under 5kg's. I contacted Postnet Eikestad Mall and over the phone gave the measurments to the lady who told me that under 5kg's would cost R99 because of the special that is running. I personally didnt go in to send the parcel someone else did and upon their return saw they were charged R139 for postage when I checked the invoice it stated the parcel only weighed 3kg's so I queried the store as to why they charged me more for my parcel then the guy i spoke to said it was because of the size. I want to be reimbursed the R40 i was overcharged for the item. As I was **** to and told it would cost R99 for under 5kg's and instead i was charged more for a package that weighed less.</p>
