Not please at all

On the 13th of February I made used of there service to sent a gift to Durban and I request that the gift should be delivered to the door step of the receiver and I want it to be delivered the next day the 14 of February they say no problem but they gave me a three day option because the one day option I will than have to pay more I said no I want the one day option they than say it's okay. But the gift was never delivered the next day. According to the tracking of the parcel it got to Durban the next day but the was no movement of the parcel the parcel only move the Monday. I than made calls to the head of Post Net in Johannesburg they than transfer me to the area manager of Post Net here in Port Elizabeth than he transfer me to the boss of Post Net here in uitenhage than got hold her she said she's going to get back to my the day after Monday she didn't than I told her I will take this matter forward because I want a refund because I paid for the one day option that was 1900 but they gave me a three day option
