Not happy with postnet service

I have never had bad service from postnet but yesterday was a first for me. I had sent a document postnet to post net two weeks ago that cost R99 and then had to resend it to Pretoria cbd. The lady at fourways crossing basically called me a **** that it is not R99 from postnet to postnet. She insisted that it was R490 for the service she wasted 30 minutes of my time because she did not actually listen to what I was saying. After some time I finally got her on the line with someone more professional (postnet cbd) and only them did she proceed with the payment. I actually can't believe how service has gone down and if she had apologized for her mistake I wouldn't be writing this.
