Nonsense

I asked for a package to be sent to San Ridge in Gauteng from Welkom Free state even wrote it down on a piece of paper. The clerk types Sun Ridge Park now the package is sent to Eastern Cape I am expected to pay anpther courier fee. For whose mistake?
