None delivery of a parcel

Very disappointed with the postnet service about an express delivery which I was supposed to get. I was on the line since 15:00 till 16:30 with deferent consultants dropping my call while I am holding for a feedback, only to be told at 16:40 that the driver who was delivering my package had a break down since 14:00.
