Non-arrival - theft ?

<p>A parcel was sent to me from Postnet Bedford Centre on 1/11 at a rate of R99 Postnet to Postnet with arrival set for 2-3 working days and I have been to Postnet Tokai several times since (4/11, 5/11, 9/11) but they claim they still have not received it HOWEVER the internet says the parcel arrived at Tokai on 3/11 but they claim not to hav ereceived it.</p> <p>This is UNACCEPTABLE - either seriously shoddy service as I have received no communication nor is Tokai helpful in the least - they just shrug</p> <p>or THEFT </p>
