No receipt and goods not delivered
Approximately 3 weeks ago, I went in to post net on my holidays, was informed that posting 6 post cards to Australia would cost 192 ZAR. The cash was taken and no receipt offered and subsequently no post was sent as not one card was received. The money went straight into (whom I assume) was the owner's/man serving me at the desk's pocket. <br> <br>

This is most uncommon and totally against our in store procedures by not issuing an electronic or manual receipt for services rendered.
The matter has been reported to the owner of the store to investigate and will no doubt make contact shortly.
