No overnight deliveries as promised!

I sent an envelope with urgent documents overnight and paid extra to have it delivered before 10h00. Needless to say, this did not happen. It meant my daughter missed an important appointment because service was not rendered as promised. Very disappointed and shocking service. You ask for a lot to be paid, but can't deliver on your promises.
