NO HELP
Hi<br> <br> I had purchased an item from someone in Johannesburg and it was sent via postnet courier to cape town. I fetched it yesterday afternoon and when i opened it, it was damaged.<br> <br> I would like to know who is going to pay for that?<br> <br> The guy at postnet was swinging it around and bashing it and he didn't realize it was plastic<br> <br> I want my money for it<br> <br> up till now I haven't had a response. the people at Kenilworth are very rude and mannerless

Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that have been caused as a result of this most unfortunate incident.
As explained telephonically you need to refer your enquiry to the owner of PostNet Alberton from where the shipment was sent from. The sending store needs to institute a claims procedure. Should insurance been taken prior to shipping then the invoice based on the cost price of the item must be taken to the store. If no insurance was taken then the owner will then consider the limited liability that will apply.
