NO FEEDBACK - BAD SERVIE

Went on the 18th instant to PostNet Petrostop Polokwane to renew my vehicle registration. The lady informed me that I will have my disc within the next 2 - 3 days. Followed up every day and on the 24th a manager promised to investigate and get back to me - didn't happen. When I phoned again this morning, they could not find my disc. Phoned later and informed me that they have not attended to my renewal as yet. Couple of minutes later, they phoned and informed me that I can come to collect my disc, but that I have to pay an additional amount. Would like to know why? Will NEVER make use of any of their services EVER AGAIN. They are worst than the SA Post Office - and that's bad.
