My parcel was sent from Cape Town on the 27th November 2015 and was supposed to take 2-3 days to be delivered. I have been making follow ups with the Cape Town Branch, Pretoria CBD, the Cape Town Head office, the Call Centre all I am told is my parcel left Cape Town and it should have been delivered by now. all in all no one knows where it is and I have been promised that they will call me back and provide feedback, which you have guessed right I have not received that call.
