No delivery of an overnight package
I am yet to receive urgent documentation sent from your Balito branch to Trinity village.<br> I am yet to receive a call indicating that there is some sort of issue with the delivery even though you charge an exorbitant amount for the delivery.<br> 2 days and still waiting

Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused when the delivery of your shipment was delayed because of the late arrival of the line haul vehicle on 24 February 2015 as a result of an accident en route from Durban.
The parcel was delivered to PostNet Trinity Village on 25 February 2015.
