NO delivery and worst attitude!!!

Worst attitude ever and NO DELIVERY POSTNET BLOEMFONTEIN lost my package and after 3 weeks of waiting for recovery the owner Michiel Boshoff just says: "tough, we cannot do anything about it". They signed for the parcel from Aramax but still managed to lose the package in store!! Everytime I follow up they are extremely rude and say: "too bad". To make matter worse they are blaming ARAMAX and claim that they are *********** although Postnet have signed the waybills from Aramax. Will never recommend them again to any other individual and/or use their services. I have never had an issue with Aramax in the past and to blame another compamy is just outrageous!
