No customer care at all

My experience was very terrible at Postnet Lambton. I stood there for almost an hour until I decided to leave and opt for another way to courier my parcel. The staff never even bothered to just greet me and explain to me what they are busy with and how long should I expect to wait while they do whatever they were doing. They were busy with their conversations with each other while I looked like a pole in the counter waiting to be assisted. I don't even plan to go back there to fool myself and waiste my time for nothing.
