New Lady At Postnet New Redruth Will Chase Us All Away

I would like to lodge a formal complaint on treatment that I received at the New Redruth, Alberton branch. I have been successfully using this branch to deliver my client's goods and have had nothing but an excellent experience. There is a new lady that has recently started who is really uncouth and does not suit the environment. She is adamant to address me in a language I do not understand and honestly is not very helpful.

Today, I was picking up as well as sending a parcel. She could not even finish assisting me as she was on her phone while talking to me when my card kept declining and I wanted to make an immediate payment. I ended up making a payment without reference because she walked off to talk to someone else. I took my parcel and walked out and she did not even comfirm that all was okay. I would suggest you intervene before she chases all of us to Lemontree.
