NEVER AGAIN

WORST SERVICE EVER: I sent a parcel to New York in the US, it was shipped 4 days later when I had paid for an urgent delivery (R962), all for it to ultimately be shipped to Mississippi! Why? Because the store manager put in the wrong ZIP code!!! Tried calling the head office for two days: they're now filtering my calls. The parcel contained brand new prescription glasses that still haven't made it to destination (3 weeks later)!!!
