Negligent and bunch of theives
I would like to express my dissatisfaction and terrible customer experience with PostNet Cresta,Blackheath Branch.I bought a pair of sneakers from the Nike Website.i requested the parcel to be delivered to this branch.Only to come find on the 1st of July 2024 my parcel that was delivered on the 28 July 2024 was intercepted by another customer.When asked why they don't have clear explanation blaming each other.The staff are *********** and don't know proper procedures.

05 Jun 2024, 19:19They don't care about customers keep on insinuating and making up excuses for bad service.They not ethical and lack internal controls anyone can walk in and collect items.They don't keep u in contact with complaint u have to keep going to there branch to enquire.I would not recommend anyone do buisness with this company🤢🤮💩🤬😡😡😡
