Mothers day parcel not delivered overnight!
I sent a mothers day parcel on Wednesday 06th May on an overnight courier so that it would arrive on time for the day. However Tuesday the 12th May the parcel has still not arrived. No contact has been made with the receiver even though the system says they attempted contact on three separate days. <br> Wasted time and effort and such disappointment as it defeats the object of reaching her in time for mothers day.

Very sorry for the frustration and disappointment that were caused when we could not deliver your Mother's Day gift timeously.
As rightly pointed out by you, delivery was attempted on three occasions and the delivery driver could not make contact with someone at the address to receive the parcel. Unfortunately delivery drivers cannot make telephone calls.
After the second attempt we should have raised the alarm and then a more pre-arranged delivery could have been made.
In an attempt to make some amends we would like to offer you a free delivery of a shipment with a chargeable mass not exceeding 5 kilograms to any PostNet in South Africa. Should you wish to make use of the offer send me an e-mail, please.
