More than a week. Still no response

It has been more than a week now since I have raised this complaint in store, via email, on this forum (http://hellopeter.com/postnet-sa/complaints/incompetence-and-****-i-want-a-refund-***) and on social media and I am yet to hear anything from anyone.<br> <br> The silence speak volumes.<br> <br> I have been in contact with PostNet in the USA and at least they have the common decency to reply and try assist.<br> <br> Please contact me for a full refund<br>
