Missing parecel.

I sent a parcel to the Uk on the 1st of December. The package contained a few gifts, prescription medications and 12 woolworths bras. When the parcel arrived in the UK the bras were missing and they cannot tell me what has happened to them. The lady who was helping me at the time told me she forgot to put them on the list to be declared. I no longer have the slip as the person would not have been able to exchange them and without it they cannot refund me. I am fuming! I have to continually phone to find out what is happening and what is going to be done. Absolutely useless service!
