Missing parcel

I have sent my document using PostNet at Sunward Park to PostNet in Bluff, Durban. I have been trying to track my document with no luck, I called PostNet Bluff and send an email without an response. I called the Head of Office, the phone rings without response. this was an over night document sent on Thursday, 3rd October and today is the 9th of October.
