Missing package

I used their services to send a package across provinces and the package should have been delivered on 4th November 2024. The package wasn't delivered and not PostNet nor the courier Aramex know where my package is, postnet confirmed it was collected but can't advise on where the package currently is... their head office number doesn't work and all I keep hearing is, we are trying to find it and will get back to you... this is pathetic service on the part of postnet and aramex, no manager has called me back, I'm extremely annoyed
