Missing Package

On 22 May 2015 I Requested a Package containing subscription Books (book club) Jacklin Enterprises to be returned to the address provided on the Box Via Courier. I notified Jacklin Enterprises that the books have been returned and they confirmed that the transaction will be reversed once they received the books. on 21 July I received a Call from Jacklin Enterprises expecting payment for the books I returned. Turns out that they never received the books from Postnet Elridge Shopping centre, When I enquired on 21 July with the Store owner he said they do not do this type of packages and could not provide me with any details as to where the package could be. I have sent 2 emails requesting him to provide me with the details as to where the package is. It was not delivered to me as per the address on the box and was not returned to the \Return to sender"details.<br> Why take parcels that you do not deliver. Al my details are on the invoice that was with the package.<br> I cannot pay for something I do not have or had the use of.
