"Miss-Routed" Parcel

Very poor service. My mum posted a work-related parcel to me from the Vaal Triangle to Pretoria on the 3rd of March, only for me to find out, upon following up today, that it was "miss-routed" to East London. Guys, how the hell did you confuse Gauteng with the eastern Cape?!! In other words - you, PostNet, are causing me to lose valuable time and money now due to the delay. Really unacceptable.
