Mishandling Packages

I am writing this review on PostNet Windermere, because yesterday they gave my package to someone else. So I was supposed to receive very important documents from my agency yesterday on Monday the 28th of February, they sent them from Cape Town last week Wednesday. So when I called in to ask if my package had arrived, they told me that one of their employees had given it to someone else. They person that said employee gave it to was an elderly white woman. They did not check for the women's name or my name on the package and they did not check her ID. The woman who took my package wasn't even expecting a package and she didn't even have a tracking number for a package, but they still gave her my package with important documents that has all my information on it. I don't know how PostNet can just give people packages that do not belong to them without even checking their information first, and having to put us through a process of now contacting the women who took my package in order for me to get it back.
