Mercia told me to **** off

I wrote a complaint on your page yesterday. So i called this morning i was loud but not rude. Mercia at postnet howard centre was rude to me told me to **** off. Because she never called me back i must run after your service yet im paying you for a service. This behavior is unacceptable you treat people like dirt yet we are paying customers. How do you tell me to **** off? Do you know why i chose to use your service? Do you know that you are the face of postnet? Cashiers treat us like dirt because their bosses do nothing about their incompetence and bad behaviors.
