Mall of the South - Ignored Customers

Was waiting outside the store since the doors were closed. I assumed this was because of COVID since there were 2 patrons inside already. The store hours stated 9-2pm outside. The patrons left after I had waited 20 minutes. Valchino, the one staff member, opened the door and let the patrons out - ignoring me completely and closed the door. I had to wave at him to get him to address me. He stated that the store was closed at 1pm. I stood there for 20 minutes, and him and Catherine, the other staff member, ignored me the entire time and didnt have the decency to tell me that the time on the door was incorrect. They ignored me the entire time while the other patrons were there and when they let the other patrons leave.
