Lost Parcel Due to Processes not being followed

Postnet and Aramex are working together, my parcel was declared as a missing item, my parcel was sent from Pretoria CBD and the destination was meant to be PostNet Durban. My parcel did not get delivered in time with the other packages that were high value due to Aramex not following their processed when it came to high value products. They have misplaced my parcel which is valued at R32 000 and no one can tell me what happened to it or where exactly it went missing. I refuse to believe that the camera footage cannot pick when the item was scanned and where it went missing. The culprit responsible for *****ing my package can be located and people at Aramex seem to not follow their own company procedures that were put in place for a reasons such as this, in order to prevent theft etc.

One of the 2 parties need to replace my product as the package was misplaced due to processes not being followed.
