Lost parcel

So my girlfriend purchased an item for me (unreplaceable) it was posted from postnet trinity village and the “receiving” Branch was supposed to be postnet president square. The item was posted on the 29th of June and we went to collect it on Friday the 3rd of July. Unfortunately we were told that it had been sent to postnet hillcrest (kzn) by mistake and that they would send it back to Krugersdorp’s Branch ASAP.

So today, the 6th of July I contacted postnet president square to enquire about the parcel. I was told that the tracking number that I have doesn’t exist, I have spent the whole day on the phone trying to ring out where this parcel is and not one branch can give me an answer!!!!!
