Lost parcel

I was sent a parcel from Postnet in P.E. but never received it and after countless emails and phone calls to different people at both postnet stores (in P.E. and Cape Town where I was supposed to fetch it) nothing has changed. The worst thing is that the owner/manager of the P.E. store has told me over the phone (in an attempt to just get rid of me on the phone since I had called so many times i guess) that my parcel had finally arrived in Cape Town and that I could fetch it but no one at either branch knew anything about it, they just kept going back to the tracking number which still said that the parcel hadn't even left P.E. yet, after 2 weeks. So obviously it's kind of gone missing without anyone wanting to admit it and I have to ask the person in P.E. to resend it but the only thing that really annoys me in all this is that I was **** to by the alleged owner/manager of the Postnet store in P.E. and I hope someone is going to follow up on this somehow.
