Lost parcel

<p>On Monday, 16th January 2017 took parcel at 10:00 to be posted to Parklands, Johannesburg. I ask the assistant, Lucinda, when parcel will be delivered as I would like it to be delivered before or on Friday, the 20th. She told me it will be delivered before Friday, actually it only takes 3 working days. Yesterday morning I received a call from Parklands, Table View to ask where the parcel must go!!!!! I immediately went to the Cape Gate branch (where I handed in the parcel) as demanded that this parcel be immediately be re-routed. I was promised that I will be phoned or sms'ed with new details. By 12:00 today I checked their tracking app and my parcel was delivered. Not knowing to whom or where I went back to the branch. There I was informed that the parcel is still between hubs and they cannot tell me when it will be delivered. To this time and day nobody gave me a call or sms'ed me and the parcel has not been delivered. </p>
