Lost package and case closed without calling me even once

I'm really disappointed of how they handle my case, on the 11th of January 2021 my daughter's shoes where courier from thier Witbank Postnet branch to Mafikeng . The package never arrived in Mafikeng. On the 20th January I logged a complain with Aramex case number( JNB/0121/3990). Every week I was the one calling to do a follow up and everytime I call they promised to call me back of which to date no one has ever called me back to update me regarding this matter.

Yesterday I decided to check the status of my case only to my surprise I find out that my case has been closed without anyone calling me to inform me about the status of my case or coming back to me as they were always promising to get back to me. I trusted Postnet with my daughter's shoes but no one knows what happened and they are not even saying anything to me.
