Lost in Space

I work out of the country for 8 months of the year, but still choose to use local suppliers for most of my needs. For the last 4 years my prescribed pills have been bought and Couriered to me by my friend with no trouble. This year though (June to be exact) the pills never arrived. When she queried the case, she was told it was held at US Customs because of new regulations on medication. Fair enough, but why did no-one ever tell her? She was working with Postnet Atterbury who just placed all the blame on DHL. 3 month later, I am back in the country and I STILL don't have my medication. The previous manager at Postnet Atterbury (Werner who was still in charge of all this when it happened) is now at only at Postnet Siverlakes, with all the documentation, but is washing his hands of this saying I must pay DHL/Customs a fee to get it back. The ONLY person who is trying to help me resolve this is Deon from Postnet Atterbury, and he isn't getting anywhere because DHL is not delivering my package. I paid R806 for these pills and R360 delivery, I don't need to pay customs to get them back, and Werner should have seen this through. Isn't it Postnet / DHL's job to DELIVER?
