LOST IN POSTNET GARDENS SHOPPING CENTRE

Sent a parcel from Postnet Norwood to POSTNET Garden centre Cape Town .They received it and signed for it .I have the Tracking number .The parcel is lost .Nowhere to be found .The staff are following up but it is unacceptable that 10 days later it is still not found and was signed for in the Garden centre Postnet Cape Town.Surely there are cameras to follow up .I am so upset and angry
