Lost goods

Absolutely useless service I got from Postnet in Meodowridge. I paid R300 which is a high fee to collect my police clearance and they have lost it. My girlfriend came but mine did not. Your business is courier, yet you can’t even pick up a parcel? Shocking. Please could somebody contact me in order to write a formal complain and get a refund.
