Long delay with courier service. no-one answering phones. Non-responsive.

The "overnight delivery" is now undelivered 1 week later.

As if that's not bad enough: 1) No-one can tell me where the package is. 2) Customer services were meant to call me back - never did. 3) Customer services number is now just ringing. No answer. 4) The tracking number is returning an error on their tracking portal (I could see tracking info this morning before my initial contact with customer services).

What's going on??? Seems they are not reliable. Lesson learnt.

But I still need to track an important item. Customer services, head office not answering their phones.
