Lighthouse Postnet Bad Service

<p>I am supposed to recieve a parcel from Postnet Lighthouse, Icalled them earlier to confirm their closing times they said 5pm and I was at their store at 16:55 it was closed. I need the parcel for my daughters Matric dance for tonight. Icalled their head office they gave me a number for Regional manager and it was answered by a child. i really need the parcel or my daughter is not going to her matric dance</p>
