Lerato Maluleke Postnet Rivonia. TERRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE

Terrible and I mean terrible customer service from Lerato Maluleke , I’m at the counter being helped by such a sweet lady so I’m there explaining to this lady that my emails are going through and I’m trying to verify with her the email address , out of nowhere Lerato starts saying “ if the email doesn’t go through that your problem “ she then proceeds with assuming I don’t have data and my network is bad , I explain to her that I have data ( which I don’t think I shouldn’t even done that coz she’s not the one helping me ) she starts shouting and screaming “ sweety it’s your phone and your problem “ eventually the lady helping me then starts apologizing for her coz she was embarrassed about what Lerato is doing. The same Lerato then shouts “ sorry ke “ “ nisaselapho “ ( which means are you still on the topic ). I have never met anyone so rude and jumps into conclusions like this lady ,
