Late delivery that caused me to MISS A VERY IMPORTANT EXAM

I requested for an overnight bag on Thursday to be delivered on Friday. Was at home because of an illness and missed one of my exams during the week. The overnight bag had a sick note. They sent an message stating that my package would be delivered before 12 on Friday. They didn't deliver . I started calling from about 2pm. Getting different responses from the call center , the driver is slightly delayed, they are checking with the driver, they will call me back. Some I was calling they'd put me on hold for over 10mins then hang up. Mind you I was using my airtime and I've spent over 70r airtime calling . I was supposed to write at 9:30 today. I've been calling them since 8am this morning but didn't get any help. I even suggested that they deliver the sick note at my campus since I'd be already at school then but they refused. Only to deliver my package at to 11. Almost two hours into the exam I was supposed to write. I couldn't write it because I failed to present the sick note. A sick note that I paid 200r for overnight delivery has costed me the biggest exam of my life. With no apology whatsoever
