Late delivery

I am really frustrated and disappointed at the service postnet is rendering. I have been waiting for a parcel for a week now in which the parcel was sent last week. I call they tell me the package is on its way, when I ask about the delay I'm told about drivers. The courier company they work with should always have drivers appointed and deliver on. Postnet is really contradicting what they say about delivery takes 2 to 3 working day. I am never using postnet ever. What a disgrace for such a huge company.
