LAPTOP GONE

On the 11th of February I've sent a parcel to No 14 casuarina Avenue Kempton park JHB from PostNet Somerset Mall Shop 1B Melcksloot Village, Somerset West overnight. I Insured the package because it was a Laptop for R7800. I contacted the lady who ordered is from me - Maria Snyman and she said she will come back to me as soon as they received the parcel. They never paid me and according to the photo Postnet sent me of the Building where they delivered the Laptop it was not the same Building I saw on Google Map. Post net could not show any Identification of the person who received the parcel. there was a signature looking terrible - any one could do that. Postnet blame COVID 19 for not having a positive identification. Other Couriers usually takes photos even if the parcel is not insured. But Postnet did not take any photo or asked for a identification. My LAPTOP is gone and received no payment.
