Lack of business etiquette and ethics.

The PostNet located in Midrand, Midrand mall received my package but failed to send me a notification via SMS to advise that my package has arrived. My package arrived on 18th May 2021 and I collected it today, 27 May 2021. The employee at the store refused to take any responsibility nor accountability, on top of that did not acknowledge the inconvenience caused to myself. She was more than willing to have me lay a complaint, so here I am.
