Just The Worst

Yesterday I sent a package to my mother in Buttingville (Mthatha) over night to arrive at the office door ( after having specified and giving them address that appears on the invoice) and still someone in this company decides to call my mother and tell her to come fetch her package over 22KM away from the destination. Even though I paid R395 (package weighed 2.09kg) for the package to be dropped off at the office. who will be refunding us for our traveling money?????? I want the money refunded!!!! This company is a joke.
