Just don't use Postnet. They don't care
Previously when an overnight parcel was sent to me via Postnet, I never received the \sms"that stated my parcel is ready for pickup. So after waiting like a fool for 4 days with my previous parcel"

Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused as a result of this most unfortunate incident.
Investigation revealed that the proof of delivery was accidentally activated by the delivery driver before the shipment was actually delivered to the store.
