About 2 months ago I received my fragile package which was laptop at my nearest Postnet and the sender was Polokwane postnet Ivy park. I must say the ill treatment was of a high standard, what my complaint was didn't matter to the owners of the store. I received my laptop with a crack screen which I reported emediately to the receiving postnet which has advised me to contact the sending Postnet. The sending postnet started blaming the receiving postnet. The receiving postnet assistant me and gave me the bosses email and we started communicating on the email, to my surprise the owners of Ivy Park Postnet Polokwane didn't respond and they never made an effort to contact me or the sender and their conclusion was that I broke my one laptop that I desperately needed for work. A brand new laptop that was never used. Ivy Park Postnet Polokwane you don't know how to treat your clients, the very same people who are making sure your doors remain open for the business to work. The owners are full of lies and don't take care of their clients at all. Sakkie and Mbuya you are turning Postnet into a joke. You don't deserve to own the franchise at all. Your skill are 0%. That laptop is brand new.
