It is not our job to receive parcels on other peoples behalf.

I work on a farm in a remote area in east London and have the past couple of times had my Takealot deliveries sent to postnet Vincent. This week I had a major argument with Mr Delivery who told me that they may not leave it there if I cannot sign for it. I got that sorted out and all of a sudden Postnet wont accept the parcel on my behalf. This was an instruction by the Area Manager. So now I have no delivery address. If Postnet needs to put a charge onto parcels like these then they should, and not refuse a delivery without informing me. Such a small thing that has now upset a couple of people, because of a decision from a company whose job it is to receive parcels on other peoples behalf. Regards Marcus
