insane insurane rates

<p>I was told insurance for a R2000 parcel would be R750.I used the online calculator before shipping and it charged the normal 3% not this obsurd 37.5%.Are they intentionally discouraging insurance so parcels can be ******?They told me the online calculator is outdated and that the new method is to divided the insured value by 2 then charge 75% of the result as the insurance fee.This is the highest insurance fee charged in the courir world.Very dissappointed with postnet Newcastle mall.</p>
